Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the shipping origin country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping delivery time.

If your country or region does not appear at checkout, shipping may not be available for that destination at the moment.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier capacity, local delivery conditions, and public holidays.

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Germany: 6–12 business days
  • France: 6–12 business days
  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days, depending on the country or region

Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Please note that the estimated delivery time starts after the order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country or region.

Some countries and regions may qualify for free or lower-cost standard shipping, while certain destinations may require higher shipping fees due to international carrier costs.

High-shipping-cost regions may include Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and other remote or international destinations.

The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

Free Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping may be available for selected countries, regions, order amounts, or promotional offers.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be automatically shown at checkout.

For some destinations, free shipping may not be available due to higher international logistics costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.

We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing an international order.

Holiday Delays

Shipping may be delayed during major holidays and peak shopping seasons, including:

  • National holidays in the destination country

Holiday-related delays may add 3–7 business days to the estimated delivery time. We recommend ordering early during holiday seasons.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery times.

These situations are beyond our direct control, but we will do our best to assist you and provide updates when possible.

Package Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

You can track your order through:

  • The carrier’s official tracking website
  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Our “Order Tracking” page on the website

If tracking does not update within 3–5 business days after shipment, please contact our support team.

Missed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may temporarily hold the package or attempt redelivery.

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging pickup or redelivery when required.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the package, a partial refund may be issued, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Reshipment may be arranged at an additional cost.

If the package is destroyed or disposed of by the carrier due to being unclaimed, no refund will be provided.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information first for the latest updates.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

  • Check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, reception area, or delivery location
  • Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members
  • Contact your local carrier for delivery details
  • Contact us at support_agent@caseease.com as soon as possible

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

Depending on the situation, possible solutions may include:

  • Assisting with a carrier investigation
  • Reshipping the item at no extra cost
  • Offering a full or partial refund if the package cannot be located

Please note that we may require additional information, such as tracking details, address confirmation, or carrier proof of delivery, before providing a resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address includes:

  • Full name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, unit, or room number, if applicable
  • City
  • State or province
  • Postal code
  • Country or region
  • Phone number

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, returned, or unsuccessful.
